Anti-UV PC/ABS Pellets are available in the following grades:
SABIC Cycoloy series:
LG9000 is a representative UV-resistant grade in the Cycoloy series. It features a low-gloss matte finish and a balanced combination of UV and weather resistance, impact strength and heat resistance. It is suited to applications that require long-term outdoor use or anti-glare surfaces, such as automotive interiors, outdoor electronics housings, surveillance cameras, EV charger housings and smart devices.
CX7240 and CX7240U are halogen-free flame-retardant UV-resistant grades. With medium flow and a UL94 V-0 rating down to 0.75 mm wall thickness, they combine flame retardancy with weather resistance. Typical applications include thin-wall electronics housings, battery pack enclosures, power adapters and outdoor electronic products.
Covestro Bayblend series:
T85 XUV and T85 UV are general-purpose UV-resistant grades with a Vicat softening temperature of about 130°C. They have good flow, low VOC emissions and strong resistance to heat and humidity aging, and are widely used in automotive interiors, appliance housings and electronics housings.
T65 XF focuses on UV resistance and anti-yellowing while keeping good flow and broad applicability. It is a common choice for automotive exteriors, LED lamp covers and outdoor equipment housings.
FR2010UV combines flame retardancy with UV resistance, suitable for automotive exteriors, LED lighting and outdoor equipment housings.
FR3008 HR is a halogen-free, flame-retardant and weather-resistant grade rated UL94 V-0 at 1.5 mm. With good light stability, hydrolysis resistance and chemical resistance, it is well suited to industrial electrical appliances in hot and humid environments, outdoor electronics and charging and power supply products.
DAPHOON Anti-UV PC/ABS Pellets:
DCM01-4321U is a UV-resistant injection-molding grade, suitable for outdoor electronics, appliance housings and automotive parts.
DCM01-4321HI combines flame retardancy with UV resistance, suitable for outdoor and electronics appearance parts as well as flame-retardant structural parts.
DCM01-4321 and DCM01-4321A are flame-retardant grades with melt flow rates of approximately 15 and 20, respectively. They are suitable for flame-retardant housings in electronics and electrical appliances.
DCM01-4321HT is a flame-retardant grade with high heat resistance, suitable for high-temperature electrical parts and power supply products.
DCM01-4101 features high heat resistance and good electroplating performance, suitable for electroplated decorative parts and interior parts in automotive applications.
