Natural PC/ABS Resin is PC/ABS without added colorants, showing the material's natural shade, usually an off-white or pale yellow, keeping the formulation as-is. It suits two situations: customers who plan to color the material themselves, where a natural base is more flexible, and parts that need to stay natural without dyeing, avoiding the cost and variability of coloring.

Its key difference from colored PC/ABS, and from PC or ABS alone, lies in being uncolored and alloyed. Because it carries no pigment, a natural grade is often easier to keep consistent in cost and between batches, and avoids any effect of dark pigments on flow or impact. As an alloy, it molds better than PC alone and offers better heat resistance and impact strength than ABS alone, giving more balanced overall performance. Of course, the natural shade is off-white rather than pure white, so confirm acceptability for applications with strict color requirements.

Processing Natural PC/ABS Resin follows the usual rules-dry it thoroughly to avoid silver streaks, haze, or property loss from moisture. Because the natural shade is sensitive to color, keep processing temperature moderate to prevent degradation and yellowing from affecting appearance. Since it's uncolored, clean the barrel thoroughly to avoid dark material from a previous run contaminating the natural color. Between batches, check color and performance consistency to confirm the natural shade stays stable for later coloring or direct use.
