Description
Glass fiber reinforced PP pellets are PP pellets modified with glass fiber. Common grades include GF10, GF20 and GF30 with glass fiber content of 10%, 20% and 30%, among which GF20 and GF30 are the most commonly used. According to different grades and customized modifications, general, hydrolysis-resistant, low-temperature resistant and flame-retardant types are available.
Glass fiber reinforced PP pellets feature high rigidity, high strength, excellent dimensional stability, good heat resistance and chemical resistance with outstanding cost performance. Higher glass fiber content slightly reduces surface finish and low-temperature toughness, and suitable grades shall be selected according to actual product requirements. They are widely used for automotive heat-resistant structural parts, large home appliance load-bearing accessories, electronic and electrical bases, new energy battery brackets and industrial pump and valve parts, perfectly suitable for high-strength, low-deformation and heat-resistant injection molding scenarios.
Glass fiber reinforced PP pellets include classic mainstream specifications of famous brands. SABIC offers G3230A, G3230AE, G3135X and STAMAX long fiber series. Wanhua Chemical supplies PPT2202E, PPT1401E, PPT2410N and PPM2411N. DAPHOON provides GRPP-530, GRPP-430H and GRPP-540.
