Virgin Original Brand PC pellets are brand-new resin in original factory packaging - not recycled, not modified, and clearly different from off-grade material. Pellets within the same batch are clean and uniform: no visible defects, consistent color with no yellowing, and stable physical properties. Virgin Original Brand PC pellets are suitable for injection molding applications that require material purity, consistency, and traceability.
Off-grade material has a price advantage, but every batch of off-grade material carries different defects. Off-grade material demands much more attention during processing and is only suitable for manufacturers with low requirements on raw material.
Virgin Original Brand PC pellets are available in multiple grades, and different grades perform differently. Available grades include glass-filled, high-flow, flame-retardant, and UV-resistant types, meeting various performance needs and production requirements.
